This program is offered in two modules, each taking three months. The practical course includes a broad range of inspiring, faith-building, and biblically based studies relevant for personal, pastoral, church and community life. It is designed to give Pastors and emerging church leaders the knowledge and skills for effective ministry in their local church and beyond.   It offers courses on: The Minister’s Devotional Life, Personal Character, Family Life, Marriage and Parenting, Ministries for Children, Youth, Men, Women, Discipleship, Managing Church Finances, Work and Ministry, Small Business Practices, Preaching and Pastoral Ministry Practices.
